What's your policy for canceling or rescheduling services?
We appreciate that plans can sometimes change. We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up, you'll be charged 50% of the total service cost.What's required to schedule an appointment?
To secure your appointment, we require a credit card to be provided at the time of booking.I scheduled my appointment within 24 hours. Can I change or modify my appointment?
For appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance, you must cancel or modify at least four hours before the scheduled time to avoid a 50% charge of the service amount.Oh no! I'm late for my appointment. What can I do?
If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule if we can't complete your service in the remaining time. We'll do our best to accommodate you promptly. If we don't hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, it's considered a no-show, and your card will be charged a 50% fee based on the scheduled service.
